Residential Construction Draw Inspections for Lenders

Residential construction and renovation loans need the same discipline as a commercial project, just on a faster clock. ATG Services has expanded its coverage to multiple states and provides inspections on all types of residential and commercial builds. We perform draw inspections for banks, credit unions and private lenders on single-family new construction, custom homes and renovation loans, and we are set up to work inside lender draw-management platforms when the lender uses one.

What a residential draw inspection from ATG includes

• Site visit with dated photographs of each area of work

• Percent complete by budget line item, compared with the contractor's request

• Notes on stored materials, permits posted and any observed deviations from plans

• A clear recommendation to the lender, usually delivered within a few business days of the request
