What every engagement includes

Document and cost review at the front end, monthly site observations with ground and drone photography, pay application and lien waiver review, change order tracking and a written funding recommendation. Our inspector holds ICC Commercial Building Inspector and Building Plans Examiner certifications and is HUD certified.
