ATG Services is a Dallas, Texas construction consulting firm that monitors construction loans for banks, credit unions, private lenders, and investors. On every draw we verify the work in place, reconcile it to the contract documents, and deliver an accurate, on-time report your credit file can rely on.
Inspections are led by an ICC-certified Commercial Building Inspector and Building Plans Examiner with HUD certification, and ATG has served as an approved construction consultant on national and regional lender vendor panels since 2018.
HOW IT WORKS
1 / Engagement
Send us the loan budget, schedule of values, plans, contract, and schedule. We set up the draw calendar with your borrower and contractor so inspections line up with each funding request.
2 / Site visit
Upon receipt of each draw, an ATG inspector walks the project, photographs the work in place, and verifies stored materials against the invoices and bills of lading.
3 / Reconciliation
We compare the pay application (G702/G703) line by line to what we observed, then check change orders, retainage, lien waivers, and the balance remaining to complete.
4 / Report and recommendation
You receive a photo-documented Site Observation Report with a clear funding recommendation, delivered on your draw schedule so disbursement decisions are never waiting on us.
